5th Annual Conference Transmission Infrastructure US

The US electricity transmission sector is at a pivotal moment in its development. The transformation of the energy system is gathering pace, driven by widespread adoption of renewable energy and clean mobility technologies. The existing grid was not built to accommodate the large-scale electrification needs of sectors like transportation or to manage the variability of renewable energy resources.

To meet decarbonization goals and ensure a sustainable energy future, it is essential to build a more resilient, flexible, and interconnected transmission network—one that can efficiently and reliably deliver clean energy where it is needed most. Without timely efforts to expand the grid, we risk hindering the economic and social progress that a clean energy transition can deliver.

Building on the success of its previous editions, Global Transmission Report is organizing its 5th annual conference on Transmission Infrastructure US on June 17-18, 2025, at Jay Conference Center Midtown East, New York (DuMont Building). The event will bring together policymakers, regulators, utilities, RTOs/ISOs, investors, and technology providers to discuss challenges and explore solutions for expanding and establishing a low-carbon, modern, and resilient electric transmission network in the US.

As the US moves toward its clean energy goals, the time is now to take decisive action on transmission infrastructure. Join us in New York City for this critical event and become part of the conversation that will shape the future of the US electricity infrastructure.
